By including performance measurement in your strategic planning process, you can ensure your IM initiatives will deliver the intended results, correct problems before they have a major impact, and improve both your communications and reputation with senior management. This presentation outlines a multi-step process for designing and executing performance measurement as part of any IM initiative. It also reviews several examples illustrating the application of performance measurement to diverse IM performance objectives and examines the most important success factors.
