
AIIM Certificate Program — Electronic Content Management — May 31-June 3, 2016
I will be teaching the AIIM certificate course on Electronic Content Management, May 31-June 3 in Toronto.
AIIM offers three certificate levels — Practitioner, Specialist, and Master. Attendees may choose to attend either 2 days (May 31-June 1) for the Practitioner level, or stay all four days for the Master level (the Specialist level is offered online only).
Below are the key learning objectives for the course.

- Identify ways to better capture, analyze, engage, automate, and govern enterprise content
- Learn how to develop necessary content taxonomies, metadata, and security models
- Define your business and system requirements for enterprise content management
- Earn the AIIM ECM Practitioner designation after passing the online exam or the the AIIM ECM Master designation after passing the case study exercise.
