The practice of records management is constantly evolving in response to changes in information technology, business practices, legislation, and economic and social factors. In order to play an integral role in managing those changes, Records Managers must understand how the external environment influences and even forces changes in the way information is managed. This course examines several changes that are impacting records management as organizations rapidly move to a digitized world.
