SUMMARY:Records Inventory — iSchool Institute RM Certificate Course
DESCRIPTION:This spring I will once again be teaching 4 certificate courses at the University of Toronto’s iSchool Institute.  The iSchool Institute is the Faculty of Information’s continuing education arm at U of T, and offer two certificate programs in Records Managment:  Records Management Fundamentals and Records Management Practice.  The certificates are offered several times a year in Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton and on the web.\n \nOn April 16 I will be teaching the course on Records Inventory.  It is the second course of the Fundamentals certificate.\n Here is the course description from the iSchool website:\n \n[framed_box]\nRecords Inventory\nThis course introduces the “record series”, examines the factors that must be addressed when planning a records inventory, and provides practice in inventorying records.
